Earth Portal

The Earth Portal opened on April 21st as a featured exhibit at the 50th anniversary celebration of the 1962 Seattle World’s Fair.  It was open to the public until October 14, 2012.

The Earth Portal is available to all schools in the greater Seattle area for field trips and activities.  For more information or to schedule a field trip for your school or conference in 2013, contact us at info@storydome.org.

The Earth Portal experience helps visitors gain a deep appreciation for the latest scientific understanding of the Universe and the preciousness of life on Earth. This immersive experience is coupled with interactive exhibits and educational materials that demonstrate ways in which whole systems thinking, design science, and collaborative processes can be used to address many of the complex challenges facing humanity.

Where is the Earth Portal Exhibit?

The Earth Portal Exhibit is located at the Next 50 Pavillion at the Seattle Center just north of the Monorail.
